HOLLY TOWNSHIP, Michigan – Now that Christmas is officially over and the kids have had a chance to play with their new toys, it could be by Tuesday, tired and fatigued parents may  be looking for a fun holiday alternative.

Lucky for you the Holly Township Library, 1116 N. Saginaw St., has your back.

On Tuesday, Dec. 27, the library will be hosting a Lego Party at 2 p.m. Participants can use the library’s LEGOs or like any good holiday party, kids can also BYOL.

Wednesday, Dec. 28, kids can take part in a Collage-making Party. Things get going at 2 p.m. and all of the supplies will be provided.

As a special treat on Tuesday and Wednesday, Calvin the "Tail-Waggin' Tutor" will be reading with kids from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. in the kids section of the library.

Kids and adults alike are invited to a BINGO Party at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 29 at the library. Winners will be able to select a book of their choice as a special prize.

I've witnessed Calvin firsthand, he's a remarkable listener and it's almost as if he understands what the child is reading to him. He's a good dog.
