Fenton Oaks offers quality and...

FENTON, Michigan – During these challenging economic times, more people than ever are choosing to downsize in order to make ends meet. Others have reached the conclusion that in order to enjoy home ownership, they need to sacrifice quality to keep costs down.

While foreclosed homes at low prices can be great finds, the amount of money needed to fix them up can often be much higher than buyers anticipate and are able to pay.

There is good news, however. Several beautiful, quality houses are currently for sale at Fenton Oaks, a community conveniently located at 16423 Jennings Road, near the intersection of Owen Road at Jennings right across from Walmart.

Every home at Fenton Oaks features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and depending on the amenities desired, some have island kitchens, garden bathtubs, walk-in closets, fireplaces, sheds, central air-conditioning, skylights, decks, front porches and more. There is a separate laundry room in each home. The majority of these spacious homes range in size from 1,400 to more than 2,000 square feet.

Fenton Oaks offers bank-owned homes that have been completely remodeled, with brand new flooring – a combination of wood and warm, light brown, high quality carpeting. They have been freshly painted and all new kitchen appliances are in place.

When we say these homes are “move-in” ready, we mean it.

The Fenton Oaks bank-owned homes are being sold with monthly payments as low as $630. We work with those with “bruised” credit, and below-market interest rates make these homes an attractive option.

Fenton Oaks also has homes for sale by private owners, who have placed their trust in our sales agents, allowing them to use their knowledge and experience toward the seller’s end goal – moving on to life’s next adventure. These homes reflect pride in ownership and range in price from $25,000 to $45,000. Fenton Oaks also offers below-market financing for new potential homeowners.

Whether interested in buying or leasing a home, qualification is required, however, there are no application fees. Fenton Oaks has city utilities and cable.

So why wait? Call Fenton Oaks at (810) 714-3668 or stop by our offices and find out how we can assist with your residential needs. Office hours are 12 to 8 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, and 12 to 5 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Fenton Oaks is an Equal Housing opportunity. Subject to credit approval.

Why is the "Holly Express" publishing a long advertisement for Fenton Oaks? I was under the impression the Express was a Holly publication, guess I was wrong.

With all due respect, I asked Amy if she would consider publishing this article, which I wrote. I am proud to be working at Fenton Oaks and receive quite a few calls from people in Holly looking for homes for themselves, and for family and friends. Additionally, the upcoming pipeline project has people in Oakland, Genesee and Livingston counties, and from out of state, looking for homes quickly. Thanks for sharing your Holly publication with those excited about new employment and looking for a great place to live.

With all due respect, I was just surprised to see an advertisement for "Fenton Oaks" on the main page of the "Holly Express", and not along the side with the other advertisements...Just my opinion.

Toddski:
You're right - normally I reserve business features for paying advertisers. However, Vera was instrumental in assisting me in getting The Holly Express off the ground in 2009-10, and spent countless hours editing for me for no pay. I very much appreciate all Vera has done for me and the paper, and as owner of The Holly Express, I decided to return the favor by running her business feature. Thanks, Vera for all you do, and for bringing the good news of Fenton Oaks to Holly readers.

I completely agree that the Holly Express is yours and yours alone to do what ever you please, and you do a very good job reporting for the Village Sorry if I ruffled some feathers.
